Fusion 360 is a CAD software with built-in CAM. It is free for students and educators.

- On the design computers in the Engineering Garage.
- Download for personal computers HERE.
2 - Configure
After installing Fusion 360, it needs to be configured to the mills in the Engineering Garage.

Solidworks (HSMWorks)
HSMWorks is a CAM add-in for Solidworks that is free for students and educators. It has a similar structure to Fusion 360 CAM. HSMWorks requires an up to date version of Solidworks to install and function correctly.
1 - Access
- On the design computers in the Engineering Garage.
- Download for personal computers HERE.
2 - Configure
After installing HSMWorks, it needs to be configured to the mills in the Engineering Garage.

3 - Learn
HSMWorks tutorials are built into the software. Search "HSMWorks Tutorials" under commands in the Solidworks search bar.
4 - Practice
Practice using HSMWorks for the mills in the Engineering Garage by recreating the CAM for these models:
